But I have one question...
How on Earth (no pun intended) did you make the glowing effect?! I've always wondered how that was made. I only have PSE 9, and cannot find any information for PSE 9 on how to make the glow effect.
Well there isn't really a set "effect" to make stuff glow, as there are a variety of methods and the one you use depends on the colours and brightness involved. That said, the easiest way is to keep the character on a seperate layer to the background, then duplicate the character layer. Take the copy and turn the entire character white, put it underneath the original character layer and then go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur - then just muck around with the settings on there untill you get it how you like
