Rather messy ref sheet for my new OC/entry for the Fantasy Creature's groups' mascot contest.
Anywho, this is Watercolour, a member of an aquatic dragon-like species. He's very "finned" but can fold them up when walking on land, including those on his feet which curl up to stay protected. He can't fly though.

The way he walks on his knuckles when out of the water... Absolutely brilliant. Goodness gracious. That's a design element that I don't think I've seen in ANY creature. Nicely done!
